Since 1992, Adelaide has hosted a biennial International Audiovisual Festival, which is now the largest of its kind in the world. A record entry of 142 audiovisual productions from 12 countries has been entered in the festival. This year’s event will be held at the West Torrens Council’s Hamra Auditorium, 1 Brooker Terrace, Hilton, from Thursday 20th to Sunday 23rd April.
Judging sessions, which are open to the public, will be held at the following times:
Thursday 20 April 9.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.
Friday 21 April 9.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. – 9.00 p.m.
Saturday 22 April 9.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
On Sunday 23rd April there will be a gala presentation of the prize-winning sequences from 2.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m.
Entry to the judging sessions is free, with a gold coin donation for morning and afternoon tea.
Entry to the gala presentation will be $5.00, and will include afternoon tea.
