Light on the land

Light on the Land Workshops

The South Australian Photographic Federation is supporting a series of photographic workshops aimed at the beginner to skilled amateur photographer.

The workshops are run by Lou Marafioti and Keith Seidel.

The next workshop will be a six day workshop in the Flinders Ranges, 27 August – 2 September 2012:

Arriving Monday lunchtime (27 August 2012) the workshop will entail six days of photography, instruction and image evaluation/ feedback. Based at historic Merna Mora Station just west of Wilpena Pound, the workshop will involve landscape photography around the Flinders Ranges area near Hawker, including Moralana Scenic Drive, Wilpena Pound, Hawker, Arkaba Station and other locations off the beaten track. The program will blend structured location shoots each day with image evaluation/feedback and free shooting times.

The registration fee includes tuition, single room accommodation, all breakfasts and lunches/dinners at Merna Mora. Participants can expect to pay for two lunches and 1 dinner
depending on where the light and weather takes us.
