The workshop is available to all photographers who have a love of nature and wildlife.  Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced photographer, this workshop will offer you ample opportunities to improve your photography skills.

Venue: Cleland Wildlife Park, 365 Mount Lofty Road, Crafers. MAP

Instructor: Amanda Luker AAPS, former SAPF Committee member and member of Edwardstown Photography Club.

Date and time: Sunday, 14 April 2024, 9.30 am - 4.30 pm

We will meet at 9.30 am in the Park cafe for a pre-workshop discussion about basic techniques with a concluding overview of advanced techniques such as panning, slow shutter speeds and multiple exposures.

We will then go into the field to put our knowledge into practice. At 12:00 noon, there will be a lunch break in the cafe. At this time, the staff feed the Rainbow Lorikeets nearby, giving us an excellent opportunity for action shots.

We return to the field for the afternoon session concluding at 4.30 pm.

Equipment: A camera with a telephoto lens and/or standard lens. A macro lens is optional. A neutral density filter and/or polariser are optional.

Review of images: The instructor will evaluate 3 digital images per participant. Images can be transferred via Dropbox. Arrangements can be formalised on the day.

Cost: $80 per person, which includes the Park entrance fee. Coffee breaks and lunch are at the participant’s own expense.

Payment: A PayPal account is preferred, but it is optional. You can also pay using your credit or debit card by following the link below.
